TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between Cuneyt Kurucam (“Photographer”) and [Client Name] (“Client”) in connection with the photography services to be provided by the Photographer to the Client (the “Services”).

  1. Services. The Photographer agrees to provide the Client with the Services as set forth in the attached invoice or as otherwise agreed upon by the parties.

  2. Payment. The Client agrees to pay the Photographer the full amount indicated in the invoice, which shall be payable upon delivery of the finished photos. In the event that the Client fails to make timely payment, the Photographer reserves the right to cancel this Agreement and/or withhold the right to use the finished photos until payment is made in full.

  3. Ownership and Copyright. The Photographer retains ownership and copyright in all photographs taken in connection with the Services, including all negatives, digital files, and proofs. The Client may use the photographs for personal use only and may not sell or license them to any third party without the express written consent of the Photographer.

  4. Liability. The Photographer is not responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment, or for any injury to the Client or any third party, during the provision of the Services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the provision of the Services.

  5. Confidentiality. The Photographer agrees to keep all information provided by the Client in connection with the provision of the Services confidential and not to disclose such information to any third party without the Client’s express written consent.

  6. Force Majeure. The Photographer shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform the Services due to circumstances beyond the Photographer’s control, including, without limitation, acts of God, war, riot, or civil unrest.

  7. Termination. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time upon written notice to the other party. Upon termination, the Client shall be liable for payment for all Services provided up to the date of termination.

  8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Photographer is located.

  9. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.

  10. Amendment. This Agreement may not be amended or modified except in writing signed by both parties.

By assinging the Photographer, both parties acknowledge that they have read and understood this Agreement and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
